02. I receive an error saying, "Cannot Connect to Device."
This message occurs while launching the software, before Windows has properly detected the digital photo keychain, or when your keychain is unplugged. Please follow the following steps:
1) Plug the keychain into your computer via USB.
2) On the bottom right corner of your screen, Windows will display a message saying, "Found New Hardware." Wait for the message series to end, and for the driver to be properly installed.
3) Launch the Image Transfer program.
If you do not see a Windows message, plug the keychain into a different USB port.
03. On the Installation Screen, I am unable to select "PC" or "MAC".
This message occurs while launching the installation browser while having a pop-up blocker installed.
We recommend that you download the latest version of the software from our website, and install the latest version of the software from our downloads area.
04. The Image Transfer window is too large, and I cannot see all of the buttons.
This issue occurs in earlier versions of Image transfer on lower resolution desktops. We recommend that you uninstall the previous version of Image Transfer and install the latest version of the software from our downloads area.
05. Windows gives an error, "Unknown Device".
This message occurs when either the driver has not been properly installed, or if there is a communication error between the keychain and Windows. We recommend that you version of the software from our downloads area. After installation, reconnect your keychain to see if the issue persists. On the bottom right corner of your screen, Windows will display a message saying, "Found New Hardware." Wait for the message series to end, and for the driver to be properly installed.
06. I am having problems installing the driver using Windows Vista.
The drivers for Windows Vista are available via direct download from the Microsoft webpage. Connect your keychain to your computer via USB, and follow the directions to search online for drivers.
07. I cannot find photos using Image Transfer.
We first recommend that you install the latest version of Image Transfer. You should be able to navigate through your folders using the column in the center of the screen. Once you highlight a folder containing photos, they should appear in the bottom column.
08. The pictures do not display when I select a folder in Image Transfer.
We first recommend that you install the latest version of Image Transfer. Image Transfer supports RGB jpg and jpeg format photos. Photos edited using Photoshop and Paint programs are often saved in a different format.

11. I am unable to use iPhoto to transfer photos for Photoviewer.
Photoviewer is a stand alone program that is not directly compatible with iphoto. iphoto however, is a powerful tool with which you are able to search various harddrives for photos, and easily organize them. We often suggest finding your photos in iphoto, and saving them into a different folder either on your desktop, or in an easily accessible area on your hard drive.
12. I cannot find photos using Photoviewer.
We first recommend that you install the latest version of Photoviewer. Photoviewer supports RGB jpg and jpeg format photos. Photos edited using Photoshop and Paint programs are often saved in a different format.

30. How do I transfer photos from my computer to my digital photo frame?
Please follow the following steps:
1) Connect the frame to a power source using the AC adapter.
2) Connect the frame to your computer using the USB connection.
3) The internal memory should appear under "My Computer" as a removable drive.
4) Drag and drop, or copy and paste your photos directly onto the internal memory.
31. I can't see my frame when I plug it into the computer.
Unplug your frame from the computer and ensure that the power is turned on. Reconnect your frame to a different USB port. If your computer is still unable to detect the frame, please contact our support staff.
32. I am unable to fill the frame memory with photos.
Earlier models of the frame are formatted to support earlier versions of windows, but are able to hold lower numbers of files. Please follow the following steps:
1) Remove and store the photos on your frame in a safe location.
2) Under "My Computer", right click on the frame's internal memory drive.
3) Select Format.
4) Select "FAT 32" as the type of format, and format the internal memory.
5) Once the formatting is complete, your frame will be ready to use.
33. Certain photos appear blurry or pixilated.
If a select number of photos appear pixilated, we recommend cropping your photos to better display the subjects or area of focus. Even a slight crop can often have an effect on the picture resolution, as pixelation often occurs when high contrasting colors appear next to each other. If all of your photos appear to be irregular, please contact support.
