Digital photo frames support memory cards straight from a digital camera, or photos transferred via USB cable into it's internal memory.

02. What format of photos, music, and video are supported?
Photos: RGB JPG, RGB JPEG files.
Music: MP3 files
Video: Motion JPEG files.

03. What types of memory cards are supported?
Our digital photo frames support: SD, CF, CFII, MS, and CF cards. xD, MSpro, and MMC cards can be used with an appropriate memory card adapter.

04. Does the frame have built-in memory?
Yes. Our 5x7_5.6"_128 frames have 128MB of internal memory, our 8x10_8"_256 frames have 256MB of internal memory, and our digital photo clocks and digital photo desktop penholders have 64MB of internal memory.

05. Are the digital photo frames compatible with MACs?
All of the 2007 model frames will be MAC compatible.

06. How do I transfer files from my computer to the frame?
Turn the power of your frame on, and connect it to your computer via USB. Once connected, your computer should dectect the internal memory and any memory cards as removable drives, and will list them under your "My Computer" section following your hard drive. Either drag-and-drop, or copy and paste your photos onto the internal memory. Once your transfer is complete, disconnect your frame from the computer, and turn the power off, and then on.

07. What is the maximum picture size or resolution the frame will display?
The highest supported resolution is 12 megapixels. Photos should resize to the dimensions of the frame regardless of their actual size.

08. What is the optimal display size for the frame?
The pixel resolution for the 5x7_5.6"_128 frame is 320x234. The pixel resolution for the 8x10_8"_256 frame is 800x600. The pixel resolution for the digital photo clock and digital photo desktop penholder is 320x240.

09. Can I play video files on any supported card?
Yes, although the video quality will vary depending on the speed of the memory card. Please consult the manufacturer of the memory card to determine whether the card is recommended as video capable.

10. Can I change the color of the pictures?
The digital photo frames support changes in brightness only. Colors are preset at the factory level, and any changes to color should be made using a photo editing program. If you encounter abnormal color levels, please feel free to contact us and we will be happy to support you.

11. How can I improve the resolution of the images?
If a particular image is grainy or pixelized, it is best to crop your photo to show a more up-close area of your photo. The more similar the colors are in any given area, the less they will stand out and appear to be pixelated.

Currently, none of the frames are operated on battery. You will need to plug them into a power source using the provided AC adapter.
